Shipping Days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only weather permitting and/or temperatures are above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees. We will notify you when the temperatures improve and shipping is possible.
DOAS:
All DOA claims must be made the same day the shipment arrives and the deceased animal must be shipped back to me for refund unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Shipping charges are not covered just the cost of animal replacement. Only guaranteed animals qualify for refund.
